In reviewing some of the online applications My believe is free online applications is where things are headed. I believe there will always be high quality, sophisticated applications available to purchase. Great marketing and brand loyalty providing customers with free software, introducing them to more down the road. Adobe has done it with Acrobat Reader for years. I liked ThinkFree with the ability to convert PDF documents to a word document, very cool. Also the feature to create embedded code, this will come in handy, just to name one that I took a look at.
